1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding offer to use the online service https://app.psyhonline.ru (“Service”). They regulate the relationship between the Service Administration (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the User (“you”).
  2. By registering on the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data and agree to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
  3. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
  4. Acceptance of this Agreement occurs when you register or otherwise access the Service.
  5. This Agreement is valid electronically and does not require a physical signature.
  6. Use of the Service is governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Service Administration.

2. Use of the Service

  1. Any actions performed using your login and password are considered your own.
  2. You acknowledge that access to the Service is provided “as is” without guarantees, and you assume all risks associated with its use.
  3. Subscription plans and pricing are published on the Service website.
  4. Payment is required in advance (100% prepayment).
  5. Access to paid features is granted immediately after payment is received.
  6. Services are considered properly rendered unless you submit a written claim within two (2) business days after access is provided.
  7. Payments are non‑refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  8. By paying for access, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

User:

  • Responsible for providing accurate registration information and updating it when necessary.
  • Personally responsible for all actions performed through their account.
  • May use the Service for personal purposes without interfering with its operation.

Administration:

  • Provides technical support within the scope of paid plans.
  • Ensures confidentiality of user data.
  • May change the terms of service, pricing, and functionality at its discretion.
  • May suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.
  • Is not liable for discrepancies between user expectations and actual results.

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for access to the Service are generally non‑refundable.
  • Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:
    • Technical errors preventing access to the Service.
    • Duplicate payments caused by system malfunction.
    • Legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
  • To request a refund, you must submit a written claim to the Administration within 14 days of payment, providing evidence of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

5. Term and Modification of Agreement

  1. This Agreement enters into force upon any use of the Service.
  2. The Agreement remains valid until replaced by a new version.
  3. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on the Service website and take effect upon publication.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

  1. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  2. By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that:
    • You provided accurate personal data during registration.
    • You enter into this Agreement voluntarily.
    • You have read and understood all terms.
    • You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
